Change log

Every change here is verified against a USPS source, with the date USPS gives it. The log starts when we began tracking, in November 2026. We don't list older prices because we can't verify them.

How we keep it

  • We check Notice 123 and DMM sections 143 and 145 for new editions.
  • The Domestic Mail Manual marks revised text with the date in brackets, such as [7-12-26]. We log the date and what changed.
  • A price change is logged with the effective date of the new Notice 123.
